This Privacy Policy describes how Samuel Cooper ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website, download our free workbook, purchase our book or related products, or use The Fix Companion app (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

Email address and first name when you sign up to receive the free Thought Audit Worksheet or our newsletter.
Billing information (name, billing address, and the last four digits of your card) when you purchase a product. Full payment card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored on our servers.
Messages you send us through email or the contact form.

Information collected automatically

Basic analytics such as page views, referring site, browser type, and approximate location (country/region).
App usage data if you use The Fix Companion app: which features you use, day completion status, and whether you have a paid account. We do not transmit the content of your journal entries or thought captures to our servers unless you choose to enable cloud sync by creating an account.

2. How We Use Your Information

To deliver the products and content you requested (the worksheet, the book, the app).
To process payments and prevent fraud.
To send occasional emails about new resources, updates, and book-related content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
To respond to your questions and support requests.
To improve the Services through aggregate, non-identifying analytics.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the Services. Each handles your information under their own privacy policies:

Stripe — payment processing.
ConvertKit (or our chosen email provider) — email delivery and list management.
Netlify (or our chosen host) — website hosting.
Supabase — database and account storage for the companion app (only if you create an account).
Gumroad — book fulfillment, if applicable.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

4. Cookies

This website uses a minimal set of cookies, primarily to remember preferences and measure basic traffic. The companion app uses local storage on your device to save your in-progress journal entries and day completions. You can clear these at any time through your browser or device settings.
